The Gibbs Collection has thousands of photographs, manufacturers publications such as handbooks, instructions and manuals as well as catalogues and leaflets. In 2009, thanks to the grant funding from Renaissance South East and the work of Donald Gibbs, this collection was accessioned and entered on the Rural Life Centre museum database. Researchers wishing to search this archive can do so by contacting the Rural Life Centre and arranging an appointment.
